Katie Scott is a Pilates trainer based in Surrey. Pilates is a mind/body exercise technique focusing on the core stabilising muscles around the centre of the body to achieve optimum strength and to improve posture and flexibility. Katie currently works with a variety of clients ranging from those who require rehabilitive exercises to others who want to improve their overall general fitness.
Katie also owns her own horse and works with riders who wish to focus on their balance, position, seat and core stability and general exercises to enhance their riding. Katie will soon be running some 'Pilates for Riders' workshops, so if you are interested look out for dates. Also, look out for her in the 'ask the experts' page in Horse & Rider magazine!

HEATHFIELD EQUESTRIAN

Heathfield Equestrian is a newly refurbished small 10 box private livery yard, recently opened to serve part, full and competition livery (or a flexible combination of any of the former). 

Based in between Guildford, and Woking, less than 10 minutes from the A3, 15 minutes from the M3 and under 10 minutes from Merrist Wood.

Owners living on site, all year turn out, secure yard and tack room, 30x40 floodlit school,  full set of showjumps, competent riders, regular clinics, excellent show preparation, friendly professional service with a high standard of bespoke care for your horse. All trainers welcomed.

Foxtrot 5* Livery

Foxtrot Equestrian is situated at Beaumont Farm, Englefield Green, just on the edge of Windsor Great Park.

Our stable yard is purpose built and well maintained with one of the best hacking venues in the country.  All our stables are of generous size, light and airy, with your own personal area at the rear. We have a good size  rubber surfaced outdoor menage, Canter Track, seperate turnout, hacking in Windsor Great Park and a jumping paddock with brand new show jumps.

We at Foxtrot pride ourselves in the re training and re homing ex racehorses and are pleased to be able to offer a limited amount of Livery Services designed to meet the needs of each individual horse and client.
